  • The ferry tickets apply only to conventional ferries. High-speed ferries, business class seats, cabins, VIP seats, ticket upgrades, port transfers, fuel costs, tolls, or any other travel-related expenses are not included.
  • Ferry tickets will be issued based on the guest’s requested check-in dates, subject to ferry availability, route operation, and available fare class.
  • For non-refundable bookings, ferry tickets will be issued within 48 hours after the reservation is confirmed, subject to availability.
  • For refundable bookings, ferry tickets will be issued once the booking becomes non-refundable, according to the current cancellation policy, subject to availability.
  • Once issued, ferry tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable by the hotel, and cannot be exchanged for cash, extra nights, additional discounts, upgrades, or other hotel services.
  • The selected discount is already applied to the direct booking price shown on our website. No discount code is required.
  • Offer is not combinable. These promotions cannot be used together with any other offer or discount, such as the Smart Guests 5% discount.
  • Ow Andros Luxury Suites bears no responsibility for ferry schedule changes, delays, cancellations, strikes, weather conditions, sold-out departures, route changes, or any other ferry company-related issue.
  • In case ferry tickets are unavailable for the guest’s requested travel dates, the hotel will not be responsible for arranging alternative transportation, covering additional travel costs, or offering a full or partial refund of the hotel reservation.
  • The ferry tickets are offered strictly as a complimentary gift as part of the selected promotion and do not form part of the paid accommodation price.
  • The hotel is not responsible for arranging or ensuring guest transportation to or from Andros Island by any means other than the complimentary ferry tickets described in the selected offer, when available.
